My name is Chu-Yi. I design services and experiences that connect people by emphasising on culture, emotions, and personal stories. Currently, I work as a Senior Design Consultant and besides that, I explore the topic of the act of eating food as a service in the context of food waste as part of my PhD study.
I work across different industries. Some of the ones I worked with in the past are the telco, mobility, tech, food, public sector, hospitality, and healthcare industries.
